Lightning Home Healthcare is a fruit of being my mother's care giver during her hospitalization and her time at home for few years before losing her. The time of my caring for her brought her great joy and smiles.
I have work in the healthcare system and home health field for over 15 years, I love and enjoy every moment of it. With my personal experience, I recognized that I was fortunate to be there for my mother during her time.
I am also aware there is a need for good home health care assistance as not everyone can be home to care for their loved one. Lightning Home health is created to help feel in gap. Allow my company and I to bring the same joy and smiles to your love ones in their times of need; that is one the greatest gift you can give to them. Our Solution
Lighting Home Health Care strives to offer excellent and affordable home health care and community-based social services to individuals and families of Naples, Florida. It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our patients, their families, and the communities we serve. Each staff member will meet the State of Kansas educational and training requirements for the services they provide.
We encourage and support continued education of each service provider. In turn, our agency will provide staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction.
